Ordering food and drinks in a restaurant is one of the first topics our beginner students learn. I think it's a lot of fun! You'll get to learn all different names of local food and all of them are soooo good (you know it!)
This video is a listening practice on this topic. It's a conversation between a customer and a staff at a local restaurant. The video, along with other listening videos we make, has 3 parts: first you'll listen to the conversation at normal speed, after that the conversation is done again, slower and finally there will be some follow-up questions for you to review what you've listened before.
