How to say "Or" in Vietnamese

You think it's too easy? Wait until you see.

There are actually 2 ways to say 'or' in Vietnamese and which one to use all depends on which type of sentence you say.

Now you're like "why so hard?!?". I think that's the fun part of learning Vietnamese. When I learned English, I had to deal with all kinds of word forms, whether to add an -s or -es and when it's -ed or something else completely different. With learning Vietnamese, you don't have to deal with all these stuff. Instead of changing the words (which is really confusing), we add words - for example đã, đang, sẽ for past, present and future tenses. Pretty easy I think?

Sometimes we have words that prefer to be written in 2 versions instead of one (what can we do?!?). In this video, Lan talks about one of those words - "or". I'm not gonna spoil the secrets, so here you go:
